No Bake Vanilla Protein Bites

These easy-to-make, five ingredient, no-bake protein bites are the perfect snack when you’re on-the-go. As a bonus, they are gluten-free and vegan. Include these vanilla protein bites in your weekly meal prep and you’ll always have a little something to get you through that mid-afternoon slump.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Almond Butter
  • ½ cup Unsalted Cashews
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste

Recipe Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse 10-15 times or until dough comes together. Do not overmix. The dough should not form a blended paste, nor be so chunky that the bites won’t hold together.
  2. Use a one tablespoon measure to form balls out of the dough. Eat immediately or place in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
