Neilsen-Massey Green Beans with Vanilla Balsamic

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon good-quality balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin oil
  • 2 teaspoons Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper

2. Use as a direct replacement for Pure Vanilla Extract when you want the distinctive look of vanilla seeds.

Recipe Preparation
