Ingredients

  • Rotisserie chicken, leftovers- cubed or cut to desired size chunks
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup pesto
  • 4-8 ounces Mozzarella cheese or other soft cheese, goat cheese, or gouda
  • Sliced tomatoes

Recipe Preparation

  1. Spread the pesto onto the dough and add chicken and cheese evenly onto the dough.
  2. Bake 8-10 minutes in very hot oven (400+ degrees F).
