Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix honey, mustard, and olive oil in the bottom of a large mixing bowl. Add all the nuts and mix-ins and toss to coat. Spread the coated nuts on a parchment lined rimmed baking sheet. Mix the dry seasonings in a separate bowl and sprinkle evenly over the nuts. Toss the nuts around to coat. Bake for 5 minutes and then stir and bake another 7-10 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature. Once cooled, store in an air-tight container to maintain freshness and crunch.
