  • 2 cups Strawberries, stems removed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Barrel Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt (Vanilla Bean or Sel Gris)
  • Basil, thinly sliced for garnish

Recipe Preparation

  1. Combine strawberries and Barrel Aged Balsamic.
  2. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Place a scoop of berries into a single-serve bowl. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of salt, and basil to garnish.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
