Norilee has been the General Manager here at Plum’s since Penny took over for Caroline in 2016. When asked what her favorite thing to cook was she said, “I like Mexican food, so I enjoy making it as well.”
Q. What do you use every day in your kitchen from Plum’s?
A. Vitamix, skoy scrubber, and of course Olivelle!
Q. What is your favorite olive oil or balsamic and how do you use it?
A. I have many favorites but I probably use the Sweet Cream Butter and Caramelized Garlic the most. I like to use them with roasted veggies or over potatoes.
Q. What’s your favorite memory from working at Plum’s
My favorite memory working at Plum’s was being involved in the remodel process – helping with the selection of new products and setting up the store for the grand re-opening.
