Calling all teen chefs! Ages 13-17 are invited to join Chef Lizzie Stewart for an exciting, hands-on culinary adventure. Over four days, students will explore the art of cooking and baking. Come ready to cook, create, and experience the joy of bringing delicious meals to life!
Participants cannot interchange classes between different weeks. If they miss a day, they will not be allowed to pick up a class on a different date.
Day 1: Introduction to Baking | Pastries, Cakes, and Cookies
Day 2: Flavors from Around the World | Sushi, Pasta, and Savory Tarts
Day 3: Flavors from Across America | Gumbo, Steak, and Cheesecake
Day 4: Plating and Presentation | Create a final plated dish to showcase all your skills!
