Chef April Johnson has over a decade of experience in the culinary industry having worked in a variety of restaurants, platinum country clubs, a luxury resort, and most recently at the prestigious three Michelin Star restaurant The French Laundry. Chef April has competed internationally as an apprentice for the 2020 ACF National Culinary Olympic Team and as a Team Member of Bocuse d’Or Team USA 2023. During her time on the Bocuse Team, she helped the team get first place at the Bocuse d’Or Americas selection in 2022, and an impressive 9th place at the Bocuse d’Or in 2023. Chef April currently works at Crawford’s and is excited to be bringing her culinary expertise back to Sioux Falls.
