A. The people I’m around each day, the knowledge I’ve obtained about the culinary industry, and hosting private events!
Q. What do you use every day in your kitchen from Plum’s?
A. I use proper cutting techniques that I learned from Chef Lizzie in my kitchen every day! 😉
Q. What is your favorite thing to cook?
A. I love to cook stir-fry with LOTS of vegetables!
Q What’s your favorite olive oil or balsamic and how do you use it?
A. Black Garlic Tamari Balsamic – I use it instead of Soy Sauce!
