Italian Fennel Sausage

Main ingredient

Ground Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Recipe Preparation

  1. Add Fennel Seeds, Chili Flakes, Pepper and Salt to food processor and pulse until Fennel is roughly broken; alternatively this can be smashed in a mortar and pestle. Add Garlic, Vinegar and Honey and pulse until well mixed.
  2. Place Pork in a large bowl, pour seasoning mixture over the top, and gently mix until fully incorporated.
