How do I register at Plums?
To register with us all you need to do is set up an appointment! We have you come into the store before we open, that way you have the whole place to yourself. We walk you through some of the products and help guide you on what you need and what you can skip, all with a complimentary glass of champagne or mimosa!
Can I view my registry online?
Your registry will be available in-store and online! You and your guests can shop your registry through the website or your registry link. You can view your registry here.
How do I get my registry on my wedding website?
We encourage you to share your registry link on your wedding website! You will receive an email right after your appointment with the link and your account information.
Can I update my registry throughout my engagement?
You will have access to edit your registry through your account. We will share your username and password and give you a little tutorial on how it works. Or we are more than happy to edit your registry for you.
Do friends and family need a password to access my registry?
Your registry will be available to everyone without a password! All they need to do is search up either your name or your significant other to find your registry. They can search your name here.
How do I return gifts/duplicate gifts purchased from my registry?
To return any gifts from your registry all you need to do is bring in your gift and the gift receipt if you have one! If not, bring in the gift and tell us which registry it came from and we will give you a gift card with a store credit for the item!
Will you gift wrap an item off the registry?
Yes, we are more than happy to gift wrap any gifts purchased from the registry for free!
Does Plum’s have any completion programs?
- After your special day you will have the opportunity to purchase anything remaining on your registry at 10% off for up to six months.
- You will receive 5% of everything bought from your registry back on a store gift card!
When should I register?
As soon as possible! This gives your guests an opportunity to purchase from your registry for all pre-wedding events i.e. engagement parties and showers. And that’s one more thing off your pre-wedding to-do list.
Can I register for gift cards?
Yes! To register for our class gift cards all you need to do is post this link along with the link to your registry! They will also be available for purchase with your in-store registry.
