This private tour for the friends and culinary customers of Plum’s Cooking Company will be hosted by Cheese Journeys Founder, and CEO, Anna Juhl for a culinary adventure to one of France and Switzerland’s foremost cheese, food, and wine-producing regions. Guests will enjoy a 7-day stay in a 1,000-year-old newly restored château at the foot of the French Alps, enjoy hand-cooked meals prepared by our Private Chefs, cooking/cheese/wine classes and demonstrations, plus stunning excursions to visit regional wine producers and alpage cheesemakers. It’s a dream experience for the last four days in Switzerland where we’ll explore a breathtaking region of the Alps alongside expert hosts from Gourmino (producers of the world champion Swiss cheese!) and experience a festive cow parade!
