Join Heather for a hands-on, 3-hour Friendsgiving prep session! Students will prepare all the components needed to create a complete Friendsgiving dinner for six, including “take and bake” items, full instructions, and all sauces, gravies, and dressings. A light dinner and complimentary beverage will be served during the prep session.

Harvest Salad | Mixed greens with roasted winter squash, agrodolce, shaved cheese, candied pecans, and fresh herbs.
Gallatin of Chicken | Whole chicken, boned and reconstructed into a stunning roast.
Stuffed Pumpkin | A savory mix of cubed sourdough bread, sausage, wild rice, vegetables, and herbs, baked inside a sweet pie pumpkin.
Truffled Potato Gratin | Layers of sliced potatoes, crème fraîche, truffled cheese, and crispy fried shallots.
Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu | A seasonal twist on the classic dessert, infused with pumpkin spice latte flavors.
