Want to learn how to make your pasta dough by hand? We will be having Chef April Johnson, an award-winning chef who has worked in a variety of restaurants, platinum country clubs, a luxury resort, and most recently at the prestigious three Michelin Star restaurant The French Laundry. She is currently working at Crawford’s and is excited to bring her culinary experience back to Sioux Falls. At the class, guests will be able to prepare a fresh salad, and handmade potato gnocchi, and finish it off with a gooey butter cake.
