Paul Kellar

Chef Paul was born in Coeur d’Alene, ID, grew up in Sioux Falls, SD, and has more than 30 years of culinary experience.  He was an executive chef at Westward Ho Country Club, owned his own restaurant in Minnesota, was food service coordinator at Children’s Home Society and is currently part of the culinary team at Sanford USD Medical Center.

He is also actively involved in giving culinary education and participates as a judge for various cooking competitions.

Chef Paul believes in reinventing the classics by infusing creative and delicious twists to the tried and true.  Also, he is passionate about bringing out the natural flavor of food using basic ingredients.
