Mike graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, in 2001. He is the owner and head chef at M.B. Haskett in Sioux Falls. As chef in various kitchens, Mike has perfected the skills he uses today both in and out of the kitchen. Mike has been said to be a delight to work with, and this shows at his restaurant in downtown Sioux Falls. The culture he has created around him is a community of food lovers and friends. Previous employment includes: Chef at Lucia’s Restaurant in Minneapolis, Executive Chef at Sutton Bay Golf LLC, F.O.H. at Bros Brasserie Americano, and now owning his own restaurant, M.B. Hasketts.
