Brittany is a class pro who’s been helping out with classes since 2021! She is always ready to help out and brings a positive attitude wherever she goes. Her favorite classes to work are Madeline Porter’s Hands-on Sushi classes. “It’s awesome to see when it all comes together at the end and the surprise on people’s faces when they end up producing a roll that looks like it could have come from a restaurant!”
Q: What do you use every day in your kitchen from Plum’s?
A: I’d have to say the thing I use almost every day is the plastic wrap from Chicwrap. I’ll never be able to go back to box store cling wrap and I think I’ve purchased sets for almost everyone in my family. The saute pan from Hestan that we use in class is also a favorite. Wish I had the entire collection!
Q: What is your favorite thing to cook?
A: The dish closest to my heart is my family’s Swedish Pancakes recipe. Whenever we can all get together, that’s what we make. I can’t remember the last time I saw the recipe written down, as we all have committed it to memory over the years. My ultimate comfort food!
Q: What’s your favorite olive oil or balsamic and how do you use it?
A: I use the shallot olive oil probably the most. Tossing it in with some veggies in a pan makes for quick, easy flavor that’s impossible to mess up!
