Holly Wolf

Meet Holly! She has been apart of the Plum’s team since August 2021. Her role is the Assistant Manager and Registry Coordinator, but she also helps out with the social media and marketing! As someone who knew nothing about cooking before, she’s learned a lot about the world of food through her experience here.


Q: What do you use every day in your kitchen from Plum’s?

A: Haku 6″ knife and OXO cheese grater. A good knife is a game changer in the kitchen. And I’m a huge cheese fan so a cheese grater is an essential.

Q: Favorite memory working at Plum’s?

A: I worked a small private event that ended up being a bachelorette party. There were only 5 women who attended and they were a blast. Chef Lizzie was the chef so it was a match made in heaven. Such a hilarious evening.

Q: What is your favorite thing to cook?

A: Pasta. Any kind. With lots of cheese obviously.

Q: What’s your favorite olive oil or balsamic and how do you use it?

A: There are so many good options, so I’m going to have to say one for each. I LOVE putting the black truffle olive oil on eggs, pasta, pizza and even on my popcorn. The spicy sriracha balsamic is so good on avocado toast and over brussel sprouts.
