Her favorite part about being the class manager is hearing people’s excitement when they finally get seats to a class they’ve been trying to get into for a long time.
Q: What do you use every day in your kitchen from Plum’s?
A: Epicurean cutting boards and Skoy scrubbies
Q: What is your favorite thing to cook?
A: Lately, my very favorite thing to make is roast chicken with potatoes. Just salt, pepper and lemon. I make it once a week.
Q: What’s your favorite olive oil or balsamic and how do you use it?
A: Fiesta Spice oil and Jalapeno Lime vinegar. I roast sweet potatoes with the oil then finish with the vinegar.
