We are pleased to partner with the Hyatt Family Farm from Milbank, S.D. Animals raised on their farm are fed a diet of organic barley and peas (no corn or soy) and have access to fresh pasture and hay every day. Executive Chef David O’Neil from Parker’s Bistro will share delicious pork dishes.
