Let Mike Klinedinst show you his passion for Sous Vide cooking. He has perfected steaks, pork and cheesecake using a warm water bath. During this hands-on class you will be split into groups to create different parts of the meal! One group will create either steak, chicken, pork chops, veggies or dessert.
