Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of pasta making! Our interactive class with Chef April Johnson, an award-winning chef who has worked in a variety of restaurants, platinum country clubs, a luxury resort, and most recently at the prestigious three Michelin Star restaurant The French Laundry. She is currently working at Crawford’s and is excited to bring her culinary experience back to Sioux Falls. She will guide you through creating fresh, homemade pasta from scratch. From silky fettuccine to delightful crostini and a berry trifle, this culinary adventure promises to be both educational and delicious.
